How to make Halo-Halo:
(translating from Tagalog it means “mix-mix” or “really mixed”)
Traditionally we would have to dice and sweeten the beans, the jack fruit, and the bananas, but since its mostly inaccessible you can get it in you local asian or filipino market. You can also add corn, cantelope, melon, leche flan, or even mangoes. It is really up to your preference, but the halo halo mix contains the basic mold of the fruits used.
